Simba, an inquisitive and cheeky young lion cub, is desperate to find his place in nature's Circle of Life and follow in the regal paw prints of his father King Mufasa. However, his treacherous Uncle Scar has other ideas and plots with his army of hyena henchmen to kill his brother.
The Lion King for your mobile follows Simba's journey through the Pride Lands with the hyenas in close pursuit. Help him escape the hyenas and avoid the natural hazards of the jungle in order to reach his friends Timon, the meerkat, and Pumbaa, the warthog, who introduce Simba to the philosophy of 'Hakuna Matata' - which means no worries at all.

There are 3 action packed levels

Level 1: Hyenas on Trail
Help Simba avoid Banzai and the other hyenas that may be slinking around the jungle. Hop and jump over rocks and ledges to help Simba progress through the jungle. Beware of falling rocks and duck to avoid swarms of bees that are attacking. Be careful you don't slip on the moss-covered rocks.

Level 2: Tricky Woods
Paths and ledges may crumble when you jump on them and crackling flames or
fireballs rising from the depths of the jungle may burn your fur. Duck to avoid flying elephant skulls and watch out for deadly mushrooms lying in Tricky Woods.

Level 3: Fiery Jungle
The most treacherous yet. Having succeeded so far, Simba must hop and run through the Fiery Jungle facing everything he has overcome so far from elephant skulls to bees and from fireballs to slippery rocks - but in greater quantities!

There are 3 levels in The Lion King

Complete the first level in order to unlock the further challenges.
ZaZu the hornbill, the King's most trusted advisor, appears throughout the game to warn you of the dangers of the jungle

The aim of the game is to avoid the natural hazards of the jungle, collect stars for bonus points and guide Simba safely to the end of each level. You start the adventure with 5 lives represented by hearts and your health is displayed in the top left of the screen. You lose a life each time you fail to avoid the jungle's hazards or if your health reaches zero. If you fail, the laughing hyenas Banzai, Ed and Shenzi appear on screen to laugh as only hyenas can!

Pick-up hidden health power-ups, regain a life, and collect as many stars as possible for bonus points. Check your high score at the end of the game.

Use the D-Pad or joystick on the phone to control Simba on his journey through the jungle or use the following key commands:

Key 4 - move Simba left
Key 2 - jump and hop forward
Key 6 - move Simba right
Key 8 - duck to avoid attacking animals
Right soft key - to pause the game
