(Choir)
Fatshe leso lea halalela
Fatshe leso lea halalela
(Nala)
Shadowland
The leaves have fallen
This shadowed land
This was our home
The river's dry
The ground has broken
So I must go
Now I must go
And where the journey may lead me
Let your prayers be my guide
I cannot stay here, my family
But I'll remember my pride
(Choir)
Prideland (I have no choice)
My land (I will find my way)
Tear-stained (Lea halalela)
Dry land
Take this (Take this prayer)
With you (What lies out there)
Fatshe leso (Lea halalela)
And where the journey may lead you
Let this prayer be your guide
Though it may take you so far away
Always remember your pride
Fatshe leso lea halalela
Fatshe leso lea halalela
Fatshe leso lea halalela
And where the journey may lead you
Let this prayer be your guide
Though it may take you so far away
Always remember your pride
And where the journey may lead you (Giza buyabo, giza buyabo)
Let this prayer be your guide (I will return, I will return Beso bo)
Though it may take you so far away (Giza buyabo, I will return)
Always remember your pride (Giza buyabo, oh giza buyabo)
(Nala)
Beso bo, my people, beso bo
(Coro)
Fatsi lesu lia halalela
Fatsi lesu lia halalela
(Nala)
Terra mia
Le foglie cadono
Oh, terra mia
Eri casa mia
I fiumi in secca
La terra è morta
E devo andar
Io devo andar
E dove il viaggio mi porta
Sarete sempre con me
Non posso star qui insieme a voi
Ma vi terrò nel mio cuor
(Coro)
Terra (Non ho scelta)
Mia (Trovereò la via)
Terra (Lia halalela)
Morta
Prendi (La preghiera)
Con te (Cosa c'è là fuori)
Fatsi (Lia halalela)
Lesu
E dove il viaggio ti porta
Saremo sempre con me
Non puoi restar qui con noi però
Ricorda sempre chi sei
Fatsi lesu lia halalela
Fatsi lesu lia halalela
E dove il viaggio ti porta (E dove il viaggio mi porta)
Saremo sempre con te (Sarete sempre con me)
Ricorda sempre chi sei (Giza buyabo, oh giza buyabo)
(Nala)
Bessi bo, gente mia, bessi bo
