UPDATE : Ear meshes - 19th April 2010.

There will be different types of ears - pointed, rounded, etc in Feral Hearts - Kov has said there will be, however he is not sure how he will do them yet!


In total there are now three Texture Artists for Feral Hearts!

They are : Stormair, Vanity, and Nala_91!

TheCreator1 has deactivated their DeviantArt account, and they are saying on the second video they have left Feral Heart. So please don't ask her any questions about Feral Heart. I am not sure what has happened, but she has said information on the second video link.

Not long ago, it was released that a new Impressive Title game was being developed by Kovu, at the end of the Summer 2010.

Since that has been revealed, a LOT of people have been asking about the game, asking what it is about, and even, why is Kovu doing it.

Hopefully this F.A.Q. should help to answer your questions.

Why is Kovu making a new game? I thought Impressive Title was brilliant enough!

He is making, or rather, remaking Impressive Title because this game is nearly two years old, and Kovu's skills has improved over the past two years. There were a lot of problems with the old game, including coding, hacking, glitches and whatnot.

When will it be released?

Summer 2010 at the earliest, hopefully!

I don't believe you. Where's this prove that he's working on a new game??

Bear in mind that there is still alot of work that is needing to be done with the models and the games itself, so don't complain about it not looking brilliant.

So... what's going to happen to I.T.?

Kov has said it is still going to be accessible, just not as much as it was before.

Wait what?! What about all my characters, my bios, and my friends?!

Your friends are on the forums you can ask them for their email address or contact details, and as for the bios themselves, you can copy the files which contain the bios into a separate folder, as shown: IT folder>Game>Release

You can backup your friends list, bios and block list & others from there. Just open the files via notepad.

Omg this sucks!! I want I.T. to stay forever!! Why is Kovu doing this, I hate him! D<

I hope none of you are indeed reacting like that, it's incredibly rude of you to do so. But as I have said, Kovu is doing this because he wants to work with his skills, that he has improved on, and he wants to show you ALL what he has learnt over the past two years.

OMG What about Presets??? I heard we might have to pay for them!!

I have spoken to Kov himself after getting conflicting e-mails, and he is not 100% sure what is happening with the presets. We may not have them, we might do. He doesn't know.

I've heard that people might have to pay for presets, is this true? I don't even have any money to buy them with!

Again, it is not 100%. Kov himself does not know if he will put the presets in or not, considering what happened with IT with the overwhelming rush of presets coming in.

So... I'm guessing this is the same thing as the items then?

Again, this is a very, very difficult choice. Having had them in IT has created a lot of demand, enough to take away the items in FH, but then Kov is still wanting to put some items in. So we are not 100% sure about that, either.

URGH why do you not have confirmed answers for us?!

This game is still very much in the early stages of developement. What you saw in the video is a very early copy of the game, sent to TC1 so she could work on textures.


Omg I've heard there's a demo out!! Can I play it?!

No, you can't, because there IS no demo. The copy that TC1 has is purely to add markings and textures to the game. The game is extremely unstable and unsteady, no way near ready to be played, let alone be used as a demo.

Wait, will felines be the ONLY species in the game? I want to be a wolf!

Wolf Meshes will be worked on - they are not shown in the video because they have not been worked on enough to be shown to the world. The Feline Meshes are not 100% perfect yet, Kov is still working on them to smooth them out and to make them look as good as possible.

How much will Feral Heart be like Impressive Title?

"FH is using ogre again, yes, but the map system isn't done yet. But i'll definitely try to allow mapmaking and even make it easier than IT, 'cause this game focuses on creation, not destruction, unlike other MMOs C:"
